For nonprofits with major donors or planned giving programs, ACH is often the right choice for high-value transactions. We'll help you configure both card and ACH options on your giving forms.
We export detailed transaction data via CSV and API in formats compatible with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and other fund accounting systems. Each transaction can carry custom metadata — campaign code, fund designation, program area — that maps to your chart of accounts. We don't have a native plug-in for every accounting platform, but our export format is clean enough that most finance teams can import without manual cleanup. If you have a specific integration requirement, tell us during onboarding and we'll confirm compatibility before you switch.
We collect standard payment processing data: name, email, billing address, and payment method (tokenized — raw card numbers are never stored on our systems). This data belongs to your organization. We do not use donor information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose outside processing your transactions. You can export your full donor payment history at any time. If you close your account, we provide a complete data export and delete your records per our data retention policy.
No contracts, no early termination fees. Month-to-month service only. If you decide to leave, give us 30 days notice and we'll help you transition your recurring giving schedules and export your data. We don't believe in locking nonprofits into long-term processing agreements — if we're not delivering value, you should be able to leave. That keeps us accountable.
